I took a photo of the final recipe, my husband said this was the absolute BEST of the three brownie recipes I created so I think you will enjoy it. I must warn you, this is a FUDGY brownie so if you are a fan of cakey brownies this probably isn't the best recipe for you. However I do have a recipe just for those who like cakey brownies so I haven't left you out. Click Here:
Gluten Free Cakey Brownie Recipe
Fudgy Gluten Free Vegan Brownies
DELICIOUS! Perfect fudgy brownies.
***Note: You can certainly leave out the chocolate chips to lower the fat content if desired.
***For those of you who are not gluten free: You can use oat flour or regular whole wheat pastry flour in these brownies and they should turn out delicious!
*** Very Important: Brownies will be VERY fudgy when they come out of the oven. They will firm up as they cool. If you don't mind the doughy, fudgy consistency you can serve them hot, but if you want them to firm up you will need to let them cool off before serving.
Thank you so much for your participation, I hope you enjoy the brownies!!!
