I have been creating new recipes constantly and last night I simply could not think of what to make. All the sudden all the food in my cupboards seemed like nothing and then......viola. This delicious little recipe came to my mind. This gluten free summer pasta recipe is perfect for a hot summer evening.
This is simple, very easy to prepare and tastes amazing. If you have fresh basil I would highly recommend topping it with fresh basil. You certainly could make this recipe with whole wheat pasta if you prefer, it doesn't have to be a gluten free meal.
